Make sure to complete the challenge of the day without skipping.

Day 1:

Make your bed, as you wake up in the morning, it’s the first task of the day accomplished and a made bed waiting for you when you get back home.

Day 2:

Find time to meditate for 10 minutes, it could just mean shutting out all outside distraction and just being with yourself for those 10 minutes

Day 3:

Watch a feel-good movie, it could be new or some movie that you loved watching. Abstain from watching movies which bring about emotional distress

Day 4:

Rearrange your wardrobe, clear up the clutter and donate the clothes you don’t need anymore.

Day 5:

Eat only healthy food and abstain from processed and packaged food. You can also prepare your own meals.

Day 6:

Drink 6 glasses of water. Only plain water would count, not sugary drinks or juice.

Day 7:

Cook yourself a meal, it could be a gourmet meal or something simple, you could make your favourite dish using the recipes found on the internet.

Day 8:

Revamp your playlist, add some uplifting music and listen to it throughout the day. Only listen to happy music for the day.

Day 9:

Call a friend you have been meaning to talk to and no, a text won’t do. Even better would be to meet up with them in person or invite them over to your home.

Day 10:

Write three good things that happen to you every day until the end of this challenge.

Day 11:

Volunteer to help someone in need, without being asked to help. It could be something as simple as helping them out with a chore.

Day 12:

Observe a social media detox, abstain from all social media platforms for the day. Turn off your mobile data and internet connection to avoid temptations.

Day 13:

Go through your photo gallery and relive the happiest moments of your life. If you are into it, you could start a DIY project and create a photo album of your most precious memories.

Day 14:

Call up a family member, whether it be your parents, siblings or cousins and talk to them about your life and don’t forget about asking them about theirs.

Day 15:

Exercise for at least half an hour. It could be cardio, strength training or simple stretching. You can do it at your home or the gym.

Day 16:

Finally, do that one task you have been procrastinating for long.

Day 17:

Go to bed early and wake up early. This should help you have a great start for the next day.

Day 18:

Go for a walk or jog, preferably in the morning and take in all the fresh morning air and start your day all energised from the walk.

Day 19:

Stargaze at night. A terrace is the best place to do so.

Day 20:

Read about something new, could be anything that interests you.

Day 21:

Declutter your phone and computers of the files that you don’t require. Be careful not to delete useful files.

Day 22:

Write a journal entry, describing your day, including both the positive and negative.

Day 23:

Go out to watch a movie with your friends or family and top it up with sharing a meal with them.

Day 24:

Indulge in some self-care, could be getting a new hairstyle, a wardrobe makeover, a massage or even starting a new ritual to incorporate into your daily life

Day 25:

Write three things you are grateful for having in your life and three things you love about yourself.

Day 26:

Go somewhere out in nature, could be a park, a sea beach or your own garden and spend some time appreciating the beauty of it all.

Engage in some artistic activity, it could be dancing, singing, painting or writing, anything which lets out the artist in you.

Day 28:

Start reading a book of your interest. It could be a new book or a book that you have enjoyed reading. Read at least a page every day.

Day 29:

As a reward for making this far depending upon your taste, indulge yourself in some food, could be a dessert, pizza or anything which necessarily isn’t healthy.
